Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sketch (the "Service"), operated by Isometry AI Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in Bengaluru, India. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

2. Description of Service

Sketch is an AI-powered coworker that integrates with platforms such as Slack and WhatsApp, connects to 3,000+ tools via Pipedream, and performs tasks on your behalf. The Service uses Anthropic's Claude AI to process your instructions and generate responses.

Sketch is also available as an open-source project that you may self-host at no cost. These Terms apply specifically to the hosted, managed version of the Service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

4. Free Trial and Open-Source Access

We offer a 14-day free trial of the managed Service. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. Alternatively, you may use the open-source version of Sketch by self-hosting it under the terms of its open-source license.

5. Credits, Billing, and Payments

• The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when Sketch performs tasks on your behalf.
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
• Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
• Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Stripe and Razorpay). By subscribing, you agree to their respective terms of service.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Continued use after a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Specifically, you shall not use the Service to:

• Engage in any illegal activity, including but not limited to drug trafficking, distribution of illegal substances, or facilitation of criminal enterprises
• Create, distribute, or promote pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene content
• Harass, threaten, defame, or harm any individual or group
• Generate content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Attempt to jailbreak, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the safety mechanisms of the AI system
• Probe, test, or exploit vulnerabilities in the Service for unauthorized purposes
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code through the Service

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, including but not limited to engaging in any form of misuse described in Section 6.

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be immediately revoked
• Any remaining credits will be forfeited and are non-refundable
• We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Unused credits at the time of voluntary termination are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Isometry AI Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements.

You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. AI-Generated Output

Sketch uses artificial intelligence to process instructions and generate outputs. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs should be reviewed before being relied upon for important decisions
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output produced by the Service

10. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms and tools via Pipedream and direct integrations. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Isometry AI Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Isometry AI Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
