• Workspace or organization name
• Slack or WhatsApp account identifiers required for integration

Messages and Content

Sketch processes messages and content you send to it in order to perform tasks. We do not store your messages or content. Messages are processed in real-time by our AI infrastructure and are not retained after the task is completed.

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Stripe and Razorpay). We do not store your credit card numbers or bank account details. We receive only transaction confirmations and billing metadata from these processors.

• Pipedream — Integration infrastructure for connecting Sketch to third-party tools. Pipedream processes integration data as needed to execute your requested actions.
• Stripe & Razorpay — Payment processing. These providers handle all payment data under their respective privacy policies.
• PostHog — Product analytics. We use PostHog to collect anonymized usage data to understand how the Service is used and to improve it.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
